Return & Exchange

7-day exchange

If you are not happy with your piece, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.

Non-exchangeable items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), customised pieces and sale items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent via bKash or Nagad within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
